Your commitment to us
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Katmandu Park and yourself.
No contract exists between you and Katmandu Park for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.
Prices
The description and price of tickets you order will be shown on Katmandu Park website at the time you place your order. Prices are in Euros and inclusive of any applicable taxes with there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.
Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.
Delivery
Your e-ticket will be emailed to you upon completion - print it, present it at the ticket desk and enjoy your day!
Online Security
To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit / debit card details will be encrypted on DigitTicket’s secure server to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.
Limitation of Liability
Katmandu Park’s total liability for in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.
The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these conditions shall be subject to the provisions of second 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
Katmandu Park will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet and Communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.
Severance
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
Cancellations
Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.
Online Booking
Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold. We reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.
Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.
Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.
Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.
Birthday Parties
Birthday Party tickets are only valid for the date and time agreed upon and cannot be refunded or cancelled.

Su compromiso con nosotros
Cuando confirma su compra, acepta estos términos y condiciones de la base de cualquier contrato entre Katmandu Park y usted.
No existe contrato alguno entre usted y Katmandu Park para la venta de entradas hasta que no hayamos recibido y aceptado su orden y el pago de la misma en su totalidad. Una vez recibido el pago se genera un contrato entre las dos partes.
Precios
La descripción y precio de las entradas encargadas por usted, aparecerán en la website de Katmandu Park en el momento de hacer su compra. Los precios aparecen en euros incluyendo los impuestos aplicables. Una vez usted ha pagado en ningún caso podrá verse incrementado el precio de su compra.
Entrega
Tu entrada electrónica (e-ticket) será enviada por email en seguida – imprímela, y preséntala en nuestra recepción. Disfruta de un día inolvidable.
Seguridad “on-line”
Para garantizar que su compra on-line es segura los datos de su tarjeta de crédito serán encriptados en el servidor DIGITTICKET para minimizar la posibilidad de que alguien pueda leerlos cuando son enviados a través de internet.
La limitación de obligación
La obligación total de Katmandu Park para con el contrato, el agravio (inclusive negligencia o infracción del deber reglamentario), la tergiversación, la restitución o cualquier otro motivo que surja con respecto al desempeño o desempeño contemplado de este acuerdo se limitara al precio pagado por su compra. La limitación en cualquier exclusión de la obligación contenida en estas condiciones será susceptible a las provisiones de segundo 2(1) en el acta de los términos contractuales injustos de 1977.
Katmandu Park no será responsable en ninguna caso por fallo en la realización de ninguna obligación en este acuerdo si tal fallo es causado por cualquier evento que se escape de un razonable control incluyendo internet sin límite, atrocidades de comunicación, fuego, inundación, guerra o el acto de Dios.
Liquidación
Si cualquier disposición incluida en este acuerdo es considerada inválida o no ejecutable, tal disposición será eliminada y las disposiciones restantes quedarán vigentes.
Cancelaciones
Desafortunadamente nosotros no podemos expedir ningún reembolso por cancelación.
Reservas on-line
Una vez adquiridas las entradas on-line no pueden ser utilizadas en conjunción con cualquier otra oferta. Ninguna entrada puede ser revendida. Reservamos el derecho de negar la entrada a las personas que lleguen fuera del horario de apertura.
Cualquier descuento y ofertas on-line están disponibles en cantidades y períodos limitados y no estarán disponible al reservar telefónica o personalmente.
Por favor traiga con usted el número de referencia de la reserva y/o el correo electrónico imprimido. Los precios son correctos en el momento de impresión y son susceptibles de cambio sin notificación previa.
Fiestas de Cumpleaños
Las entradas para fiestas de cumpleaños solo son válidas para la fecha y la hora acordadas con antelación y no se pueden devolver ni cancelar.
